YouApp, a fast-growing technology company, is seeking an enthusiastic and driven Sales Manager, Retargeting to join the team!

We have a 360 platform that offers clients user acquisition, re-engagement, and branding services. The ideal candidate is passionate about startups, the mobile app marketing space, and the art of the hunt. In-app retargeting is a critical part of our growth. We see a huge untapped market as there are a lot of great app developers and brands in the US with whom we should be working. You will help us expand our relationships with mobile app developers and brands directly. Our goal is to be the leader in a fast-paced and innovative industry. This is an opportunity to join our team and drive client relationships as well as revenue growth.

You have a keen interest in the mobile app space and ad technology; a passion for helping others; and the ability to drive growth and efficiency in our network.

In This Role, You Will

Prospect and close business with a targeted list of app advertisers.

Identify and qualify potential prospects in the US.

Develop strong, mutually beneficial relationships with clients.

Work closely with internal teams to ensure a united vision when corresponding with clients.

Meet quarterly and annual revenue targets.

 

About You

You should have at least two years of sales experience in the in-app mobile advertising industry and come in with a Rolodex of contacts.

Experience in the programmatic space is an advantage.

Experience with selling technologies/platforms is an advantage.

You have a BS/BA degree or equivalent work experience.

You have a persuasive personality with a passion for startups and challenges.

You are tech-savvy and have a good understanding of the mobile ad tech ecosystem.

You have the ability to work in a fast-paced work environment and adapt quickly to changes.

You are a good communicator and have a perfect level of written and spoken English language.

You work successfully in a team environment.

You are organized and methodical, with phenomenal communication skills and a consultative approach when addressing clients’ needs.

You love learning and helping people, and you want to get people excited.
