YouApp, a fast-growing technology company, is seeking an enthusiastic and driven Sales Development Representative, Outbound to join the team!

In-app retargeting is a critical part of our growth. We see a huge untapped market as there are a lot of great app developers and brands in the US with whom we should be working. You will help us expand our relationships with mobile app developers and brands directly. Our goal is to be the leader in a fast-paced and innovative industry. This is an opportunity to join our team and drive client relationships as well as revenue growth.

You have a keen interest in the mobile app space and ad technology; a passion for helping others; and the ability to drive growth and efficiency in our network.

In This Role, You Will

Create a fantastic first impression to prospects while building a pipeline for Account Executives.

Achieve a monthly quota of qualified opportunities.

Build a career in technology-focused inside sales.

Learn how to pitch a product and talk with prospects.

Engage decision makers through multiple channels (Phone, email, LinkedIn, etc.).

Have defined advancement opportunities with very clear goals for moving up.

 

A Typical Day May Include

Prospecting leads to secure demos through phone calls, emails and social outreach.

Celebrating individual and team results.

Sales training and collaborating with teammates on creative strategies to improve results.

Following up on leads to conduct research to identify potential prospects.

Utilizing Salesforce.com, SalesLoft and other industry leading technologies.

Overcoming objections and helping prospects uncover areas of pain and potential value in their business and functional role.


About You

You have Bachelor's degree in business, sales/marketing or equivalent experience.

You have 0-2 years of experience with outbound lead generation - New graduates are welcome to apply.

You demonstrate success in meeting monthly targets.

You are quick learner and can adapt to an ever-changing startup environment.

You are tech-savvy and have a good understanding of the mobile ad tech ecosystem.

You have the ability to work in a fast-paced work environment and adapt quickly to changes.

You are a good communicator and have a perfect level of written and spoken English language.

You work successfully in a team environment.

You are organized and methodical, with phenomenal communication skills and a consultative approach when addressing clients’ needs.

You love learning and helping people, and you want to get people excited.
