YouAppi is looking for a Senior Support Engineer to provide technical assistance for our various products, focusing on our integrations with 3rd parties, such as MMPs, SSPs, DSPs and Publishers.
You will assist in solving complex issues and in setting up, verifying, maintaining and troubleshooting integrations with 3rd parties. You will be responsible for driving support requests to quick resolution, be accountable for ticket ownership and client satisfaction.
Being a gateway to the development team, preparing JIRA requests and reproducing technical issues.
